On the southern tip of Africa, the cold saline mists roll off the Atlantic Ocean, engulfing fynbos-covered dunes and our meticulously developed patch of terra-petra; where over the last ten years, beneath the radiant African sun, we have created a carbon-sink teeming with Life; its dark, living soil studied and nurtured to its full potential.

At the break of dawn, before the sun’s rays trigger photosynthesis, the journey of craft-Live-Rosin begins; once mature, the cannabis plants are delicately harvested and frozen. Through a process of agitation in ice-cold spring water, the trichomes break free and are sieved carefully to capture their essence in 43–120-micron sieves. Once completely dry, this terpene rich substrate is worked into temple-balls and left to settle at 10◦C. Live Rosin is extracted at 68◦C and 300psi, upon which its again rested and slowly decarboxylated over 48 hours and at low temperatures to perfect the viscosity and consistency.
